We have very strict requirement of processing technology and manufacturing quality, it based on lots of CNC machining center, and other precision processing equipment, so manufacturing accuracy of pump spare parts is in top level. We make sure the quality of raw material throught spectrum analyzer, metallography detection, ultrasonoscope and so on. While parts processing, we control quality throught three-coordinates measuring machine, projector, roughmeter, altimeter and other advanced detection equipment. Then, performance testing of pre-delivery is necessary for each pump.
